If you'd like a picture as part of the header you can find a picture and then edit that picture at the free fotoflexer site.  You need to know the pixel width of your blog if you want the picture to stretch across the width of your blog page.  Make the changes needed on the photo editing website and then save the picture to your computer so that it can later be imported into the blog.
